Check All Email Folders

Automated delivery emails are often flagged by strict filters. Please check your Junk, Spam, and Promotions tabs.

  • Search keywords: “Order”, “Download”, or “Receipt”.
  • Whitelist @gumroad.com to ensure future updates arrive safely.

Verify the Checkout Email

The system sends the link to the exact email address entered during checkout. If you used a secondary email or Apple Pay (which sometimes uses a hidden proxy email), check those inboxes as well.

Browser & Device Tips

If the link opens but the file won’t download, your browser’s security settings might be blocking the pop-up.

  • Try a different browser (Chrome or Safari are recommended).
  • Disable ad-blockers or VPNs temporarily.
  • If on a phone, try downloading on a computer instead.

Common Issues

  • “Link Expired”
    Download links have security limits. If yours expired, just contact us and we’ll refresh it for you.
  • “File Format Not Recognized”
    Most of our tools require Microsoft Word or Excel. Ensure you have the proper apps installed or use free alternatives like Google Docs/Sheets.
