Automated delivery emails are often flagged by strict filters. Check your Junk, Spam, and Promotions tabs.

Verify the Checkout Email
The system sends the link to the exact email address entered during checkout. If you used a secondary email or Apple Pay (which sometimes uses a hidden proxy email), check those inboxes too.
Browser & Device Tips
If the link opens but the file won’t download, your browser’s security settings might be blocking it.
- Try a different browser — Chrome or Safari recommended
