Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. However, if you have a technical issue or a duplicate purchase, we are humans and we will help you fix it. Our goal is to get you the tools you need.
Digital Product Nature
LateReceipt provides digital assets including template packs and spreadsheet trackers. Because these products are delivered instantly via download and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, all sales are final once the delivery email is sent.

- Change of mind after download
- Buying the wrong format by mistake

Technical Support & Compatibility
We strive for 100% compatibility. Our trackers are tested in modern browsers and standard spreadsheet software. If you have trouble opening a file, please contact us before requesting a refund — 99% of the time, it’s a simple settings fix.
Billing Error or Technical Failure?
If we can’t resolve your issue, we’ll review your refund request within 2 business days. Include your checkout email and order number.
