The Short Version
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. However, if you have a technical issue or a duplicate purchase, we are humans and we will help you fix it. Our goal is to get you the tools you need to stay organized.
Digital Product Nature
LateReceipt provides digital assets including template packs and spreadsheet trackers. Because these products are delivered instantly via download and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, all sales are final once the delivery email is sent.
When We Can Help
If you encounter access issues, we will prioritize getting you your files:
- Missing download emails
- Broken or expired links
- Corrupted or unopenable files
- Duplicate purchases
What We Don’t Refund
To protect our digital intellectual property, we cannot offer refunds for:
- “Change of mind” after download
- Mistakenly buying the wrong format
- Document rejection by third parties
- Failure to read descriptions
Technical Support & Compatibility
We strive for 100% compatibility. Our trackers are tested in modern browsers and standard spreadsheet software. If you have trouble opening a file, please contact us before requesting a refund—99% of the time, it’s a simple settings fix.
Need a Refund Review?
If you have a billing error or a technical failure that we can’t resolve, we’ll review your request within 2 business days. Please include your checkout email and order number.
